One of the most delicious and palatable forms of lambsquarters ever grown. Contains no traces of bitter saponins plus the leaves remain edible throughout summer without becoming dry and fibrous. Can be cooked like spinach or mixed with other greens. Surface sow seeds. Germination with take place within 7-10 days. Thin a bit to get robust plants with large leaves. The more vigorous the plant, the better the flavor with this plant but will grow in part shade in rocky soil and still be good.  Begin harvest in 60 days. Annual.
