Good Yellow
There are not many nodes on this sunchoke, making it easy to clean. The tuber is generally longer and brown in color with a pinkish hue. These have a strong nutty flavor with only a small amount of sweetness. The flavor is similar to a cross between an artichoke and carrot. Again, a favorite of our taste-tester. Gute Gelbe has also found to be the best flavored one with other sunchoke fans here at our farm. As the name suggests it is a 'good yellow'. High yields and grows well in pots too.
