Urodny Sunchoke

This sunchoke has many carrot-like properties, but with even more sweetness. The cone shaped, medium-yellow tubers would make a great addition to your root-veggie routine.  Urodny might be a good selection for northern areas as this species also flowers early and produces tubers early in the season almost a month earlier than the others. Has a nice upright flowering habit too.
