Another crispy sunchoke with thin skin and good flavor. No side nodules so it is easy to clean with no place for mini boulders to hide in the crevices of the knobs. This variety is also a vigorous tall plant up to 10 ft. tall and very productive. Late ripening about 4 weeks after Stampede.
