Oklahoma Seed Source Soap Plant-Fruits Heavy
Native tree found in some of the harshest environments. Dry, baked clay with temperatures over 100 F on a daily basis do not to affect this tree. Has the brightest, cleanest green foliage. The 1/2" bright yellow fruit was used to make a soap solution for cleaning clothes. The wood is strong, heavy, hard and close grained and the tree wind resistant. Height to 25-30 ft. high with equal width.
