Large Smooth Crispy White Tubers-Easy to Clean

Highly productive white form with no side nodules. Later ripening but perfect for sandy soil-comes out clean. Has a nice smooth flavor. One of the better flavored cultivated selections with a thinner skin than other varieties. Spreads by long rhizomes which fill completely by early October here in southern Michigan. White Fuseau is the carrot of sunchokes.

(Ships dormant in spring and fall from Oct. to Dec.and again March to May.)If unavailable due to a crop shortage in the spring we will automatically ship them in the fall.
