Dense Tubers- Good for Baking plus Good Producer
From Michigan this selection produces has some of the most solid tubers we have tasted and is suppose to hold up even to baking like a potato. It is a heavy producer with plants that can reach up to 15 ft in good years. The tubers are very crispy yet they have a firm texture. Found as a chance seedling growing "in town". Easy to clean tubers.
